Our Commitment
At our website, every program, training, and session is designed with deep care, intention, and preparation. Because of the nature of advisory work, coaching sessions, and digital training, refunds are handled with clear boundaries that respect both the client and the work involved.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Coaching Sessions and Private Advisory
Payments for private sessions, advisory work, or consulting with Hanim Dogan-Jain are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Sessions cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled to another available time.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered used and may not be refunded or rescheduled.
Programs, Workshops, and Trainings
For paid workshops, programs, or training experiences:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, and only if the program has not yet started.
• Once the program, workshop, or training has begun, payments are non-refundable.
This policy exists because preparation, materials, and reserved spaces are allocated in advance.
Digital Products and Materials
All digital products, downloads, recorded training, or online materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds cannot be issued after delivery.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations involving serious personal emergencies, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed, but we will always approach requests with fairness and understanding.

• Your full name
• The service or program purchased
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the request
We aim to respond to all requests within 3 business days.
